Terms of Use

1. Purpose and acceptance

NodeX Talent is the talent marketplace for the NodeX developer community. By registering and using the platform, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. What the service consists of

The platform lets you create a professional profile, browse published offers, and apply to the ones that interest you. NodeX acts as an intermediary between registered developers and companies: we handle negotiation with each company directly, outside the platform.

3. Your account

You must be of legal age and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You can delete your account at any time.

4. Acceptable use

By using the platform you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your professional experience.
• Use the platform for purposes other than seeking professional opportunities, such as sending advertising or commercial communications.
• Automatically extract (scraping) the content of offers or of other users' profiles.
• Attempt to access areas, data, or accounts you are not authorized to access.

5. Offers and applications

To submit an application you need to have a complete profile. You can submit a single application per offer and withdraw it while it remains in "new" status. The publication of an offer does not guarantee the existence of an active hiring process, and NodeX does not guarantee that you will be selected for any of them.

6. Content you provide

You retain all rights over the information and documents you upload (CV, avatar, profile description). You authorize us solely to process them and display them to companies for the purpose of putting you forward as a candidate, under the terms described in the privacy policy.

7. Invitation codes

Each account receives its own invitation code for sharing offers with other people (via WhatsApp or by copying the link). This is a feature for spreading offers within the community, not a rewards program: it does not carry any financial or other compensation from NodeX. Using your code does not exempt you from complying with the rest of these terms, including not using it for advertising purposes or unsolicited mass distribution.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is." NodeX is not a party to any employment or commercial relationship you may establish with a company, nor is it responsible for the terms you agree with that company. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
