NodeX Talent is a tech talent marketplace that lets registered developers create a professional profile and submit applications to job offers. NodeX acts as the sole intermediary between developers and the companies looking for talent, managing the relationship with each company directly and outside the platform.
3. Access and usage conditions
Access to the offers published on /jobs is free and open. To submit an application you must register and complete your professional profile. Access is restricted to adults, under the terms described in our terms of use.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the website (text, design, the "NodeX" brand, and other graphic elements) are owned by NodeX or by third parties who have authorized their use, and are protected under intellectual and industrial property law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of this content. Automated extraction or reuse (scraping) of offer content or of other users' profiles is prohibited.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
